Facial Aesthetics

The most important part of a patient's smile is the harmony between the beauty of the smile and the youthfullness of the face. For this reason, Dr. Briney went through extensive training to allow for proper aesthetic results in "Smile Makeovers". Following dental school, Dr. Briney attended a hospital residency where he concentrated on maxillo-facial surgery. He also has been certified through Allergen following continued education seminars for Botox and Dermal Fillers. Dr. Briney works with Juvederm and Radiesse as dermal fillers.

What Is JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel?

This patient is only 33 years old and concerned about her thin and wrinkled lips that looked like "smoker's lips". After anesthetizing patient, Juvederm is placed in the lips to give a fuller and softer look without producing a typical "duck" look as scene in most gossip magazines!!

This patient is 28 years old and concerned about her thin upper lip. After anesthetizing, Juvederm is placed in the upper lip to produce a fuller and more prominent look. Lower lip was enhanced slightly to give a harmonized appearance. The after photo shows slight swelling already but tapers off in 24 hours.
Wrinkle Reduction in the Mouth Region:

Both of these cases display similar results around the mouth region using different fillers. Each patient was concerned about the "parentheses" or deep wrinkles associated with their Nasiolabial Folds and frown lines at the corners of their mouths.
